Rust on Camellia Leaves

Question

I have found what looks like large rust spots on the leaves of a young camellia. The plant is in a sunny area but shadowed by a seasonal bush.

It is likely a fungus, so you can go ahead and treat the plant with a fungicide if you like to try to start to get rid of the disease.
