Rowan Tree – Not All Branches Producing Leave

The top branches are not producing leaves and the top looks like it’s dead or dying. Why is this happening and why what can I do?

Unfortunately, these trees are susceptible to a range of diseases that cause this issue, as well as nutrient deficiencies and pH issues. You may need testing to know what is causing this problem.
