Q.Rose bush

Hello, I just noticed something on my rose bush, it seems like a dried up rose is seeding(?), since I am not familiar with this, I thought I’d ask an expert what it is:)

I took your photo and blew it up for a closer look. I believe those are actual Rose Seeds! Instead of the rose forming a hip, it made seeds and pushed them up instead of forming the typical rose hip. Here is a link to an article I wrote about trying to grow roses from seeds, it would be fun to try it and see if you get something.
