This year I have so many aphids in my garden. I have tried pocking them of and soapy water. This is an Amelia Rose. Last year the head was full size, this year it is like the image below. Is this the aphids or something else? What can I do? The same is hapening to my dianthus and my other roses are just not blooming. Please help ?
