Q.resod with zoysia grass
We want to resod with zoysia grass. We are having a very hot summer. Is the summer a bad time to resod? When is the best time of year to resod? Thank you in advance for your reply.

You should not sow or plant anything in summer. The heat from summer lesses the chances of survival as the roots are unable to establish. You want to resod in cooler temps, preferably early spring or fall.
