Recommendations for Live Grasses for indoor use

Question

Good morning,

We have recently moved into custom built offices, and have various planters that we need to fill.
My MD envisaged the look of wild grass.
After doing my own research, I feel I need help to make sure that we get it right and don’t chose a plant that will die in a heated space.
We also would need to consider people with allergies.
