Q.reblooming of Calla Lilies
If I cut the flower, will it encourage the plant to rebloom or should I just leave the flower on the plant?

After blooming, calla lilies need a rest period. They may just be trying to going dormant. Give them time to go dormant and they should come back fine after this. Hold back on water do help them go into their dormancy. It is kind of like you have kept them awake for too long, and a little rest will do them good.
