Q.Raspberry Patch Not Doing Well – What Have I Done?!

Moved last summer into a home with a neglected raspberry patch of around 30 plants. All overgrown. Late summer I pruned very long vines that intertwined with each other and removed tons of weeds. Removed dead vines/plants. Pruned each bush down to about a foot tall and mulched with straw. This summer, hardly any leaves, only two berries Other Plants/flowers/veggies/fruits/bushes do well. How do I help my patch produce?
