Hello, I am wondering if growing vegetables would be safe in a certain kind of concrete.. Here’s the information for the concrete. I’m also wondering if you believe I will be fighting to keep the pH in a good range. https://www.menards.com/main/building-materials/concrete-cement-masonry/bagged-concrete-cement-mortar/5000-psi-concrete-mix-60-lbs/1891015/p-1444441404928-c-5648.htm?exp=false https://cdn.menardc.com/main/items/media/MWBAG001/SDS/SDS_Concrete_Mix_22-11-21.pdf

Concrete raised beds are fine to use when dry. The cautions come into play while it is being mixed. Concrete can increase the soil alkalinity over time, so test your soil's pH periodically and make adjustments if needed. Or use a heavy plastic liner between the concrete and soil.
