Question Re Your Article On Propagating The Pindo

Hi, I was following your directions for propagating a Pindo Palm. After removing the seeds it says…”Create a pre-drilled hole and gently place the seed therein”. It doesn’t state where to place the pre-hole? Is that just referring to making a hole in the potting medium? I don’t mean to sound dense but the term pre-drilled the me for a loop lol!
