Pumpkins

Anonymous added on September 12, 2015 | Answered

My pumpkin vines got a heavy frost and are withering. The pumpkins are large but green. Should I remove them from the vine or leave them as is? Thank you.

You will want to leave them on a live vine for as long as you can. Once the vine dies, though, you will need to store them properly until you are ready to use them. Here are instructions for that: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/pumpkin/how-to-tell-when-pumpkins-are-ripe.htm
