article tells me to prune back my Hibiscus, but has alot of blooms and buds on it, so I don’t know if it would be safe to prune it? Can you help? thank you, Linda D. Smith

It would be safe to do so, but I would wait until it is not blooming, or actively growing. This will leave the plant at its healthiest for the next bloom season.
