How do I start a new plant from my calico pipe vine?

I'll assume that you have some specie of a plant called Aristolochia. There are several species available, all of them called dutchman's pipe, or calico vine. Whichever you have, it would seem that propagation is by seeds or cuttings. These articles will give you more information:
