Q.Propagate Unique Dogwood Tree

Zone 98374 | Rayah@comcast.net added on June 11, 2022 | Answered

How to Propagate a new start from a Dogwood Tree? I have a unique Dogwood Tree that has narrow, 1/2 inch wide, 2.5 inch long petals. I have never seen a Dogwood Tree with these unique white petals. I have carefully looked at most Dogwood Trees in our area, but none are like my tree. How do I propagate my Dogwood Tree. There are no shoots from the ground. How do I propagate new starts from existing limbs? The trunk of this Dogwood Tree is about 6 inches in diameter. Thank You for your help.
