privacy from unruly neighbors

Question

I have a home that is, unfortunately, next to a duplex. The residents of the duplex just seem to be unruly, no matter who lives there. I would like to sit on my front porch and not be able to view them and also have some type of trees/ bushes that block my view as well. I live in Northern Kentucky.
