powdery mildew

Question

What I keep reading is this happens only in shade area but my yard is in the sun not shade. I have theses white tufts of grass thru out my grass. What can I do? Nothing in my front yard.

Air circulation can also be a factor. I can attest to this. I have an area of my yard that gets good afternoon sun, but is in a sheltered area. I have Powdery Mildew in the grass.
