Portulaca Tops Gone

Question

My moss roses Appear to have been eaten away. Any idea what might have done this? Happened pretty suddenly it seems.

It is hard to say without catching the creature in the act. It could be insects, rabbits, deer, or anything else that might munch on your plants.

Usually, this will not harm the plant, though.

Keeping pests away with hot pepper soak water, and garlic extract or powder is quite effective for most creatures. A fence or cage may be necessary to prevent this, fully, though.
