Hyacinth Plant

Q.Poorly hyacinth

Zone Kidderminster, UK | mwinfield@sky.com added on July 24, 2016 | Answered

I planted a well established hyacinth 2 years ago and it was looking good but today I have noticed the blooms are ‘floppy’ and have lost their brightness (blue). Could I have overwatered it or is it something else?

It is likely that your Hyacinth is simply nearing the end of it's flowering cycle.
