Q.Plumeria With Seed Pods
My plumeria is too tall to bring into the garage or greenhouse for the winter. It has four seed pods. Can I prune the branches that contain the seed pods and bring them inside, so that the plant is protected from cold, and the seed pods can continue to develop? I live in Tomball, TX.

You could prune the plumeria to be the desired height for the garage. If the seeds are nearly mature they should go ahead and finish developing once the stem is severed from the plant. If the seeds are not close to maturing, they likely won't finish developing.
If you moved your plant in sideways would it fit in the garage without cutting? Then you could wait till spring to prune.

Yes but Í would normally do it before late November and mid‑December (your average date of first frost) or once temperatures dip below 50°F.
