The plums on my plum tree were developing nicely, but now they seem to have stopped growing. Can you help, please?

Here is a link that discusses ripening and harvest of Plums.
As long as you see no signs of disease or pests and the tree is not under stress from water issues, your fruit should continue to develop and ripen.
