Please Tell Me What’s Wrong With My Cycad

Hi there, I planted these cycads in pots around September 2019. One is doing really well and the other looks terrible. If you can let me know what it is and how to fix it that would be wonderful! Thanks in advance, Rachael

It appears healthy, but slow. Try moving it to more light. They are suited best for full sun.
