Can anyone please let me know the name of this climbing tree/plant with the red flower in the photo? Is it easy to grow? How long it might take to be just like the photo? Please help me! I have no knowledge about gardening.

It is difficult to say for sure from this image. It would help to have a close up of the flowers and leaves.
Also if you can let us know the growing zone or region this plant is growing in.
