Q.Plants For Roadside Areas

Zone 13066 | rarchamb9710 added on May 25, 2023 | Answered

I live in an area that gets plenty of snow. The village uses a spray with salt on our roads. I have an area near the road that needs some plants. At present I have some rugosa roses that are very hardy. I had some low grow sumac that did not do well, so they were taken out. Now I have an area with nothing. I would like something that is hardy, low growing, and low maintenance. What should I plant there? Thank you, Randy Archambault
