Q.Planting roses in Sept.
I live in central, Fl. I have 3 large Don Juan roses in extra large pots. My question is…can I plant them in the ground in Sept.?

It wouldn't hurt. Just make sure they have water, and don't let them dry out. Make sure to keep the dead heads off and this will promote flowering. As an added bonus, when the weather cools down a bit... Let the last flowers die and leave the rose hips, and when they get nice and fat use them to cut up into salads, or however you please! Just discard the seeds inside, and enjoy the unique rose flavoring. These are very high in vitamin c, and antioxidants. Enjoy!
