Q.Planting Foundation Plants
Im not a gardener therefore I need plantings that can survive minimal care. But I would also like plants with color. Would you have any suggestions? Thank you

For low maintenance shrubs, evergreens that are chosen for their mature size make excellent foundation plantings. Make sure it won't need to be pruned every year for size; pick a dwarf form if you need something low under windows. Yews, hollies, and boxwood make good "backbone" shrubs, then for color you can add in flowering shrubs or shrubs with colored foliage.
