Planting Blueberry Bush

jojo added on May 16, 2011 | Answered

I live in central Ma. When is best time to plant newly purchased blueberry bushes that are in nursery containers? They have flowers on them. Do I wait until blueberries come in or plant them now? Thank you. jojo

I would plant them now. You may lose some berries, but it will be better for the long term health of the plant. This article will help you to keep it out of transplant shock:
