Q.PLANTED SILVERBEET AND USED FRESHLY MADE BLOOD AND BONE, AND SUPERPHOSPHATE

It grew higher than 1 1/2 mtrs high, and when cooked, the pot water was bright BLIUE, was this suitable to eat and drink please?

I couldn't find anything about water turning blue, but I did see several references that said the oxalic acid in silverbeet would react with aluminum and iron pans and you should avoid using those to cook with. Apparently it causes a murky water color or can stain the pan. I would not want to eat any of the contents in case it now contained metals.
