Can you tell me what is wrong with this plant?

This looks like a form of leaf scorch. Leaf scorch can have several causes: direct heat damage, excessive fertilizer application or overwatering (which damages the roots and leads to symptoms on the leaf as well), or a bacterial infection in some shrubs. See these articles for details:
