This looks like a form of leaf scorch. Leaf scorch can have several causes: direct heat damage, excessive fertilizer application or overwatering (which damages the roots and leads to symptoms on the leaf as well), or a bacterial infection in some shrubs. See these articles for details:

The middle picture also shows young leaves which have turned yellow while the leaf veins remain green, which is a sign of a possible nutrient deficiency of iron or manganese. See this article:
