Plant name?

I have several plants (alike) that I can’t remember the name. It sounds like “petaluma”. I am trying to look for information on how to make it grow well. I have them in two different spots but all get direct sun and there is a bubbler at every plant for water. Would you know the name? The leaves are a deep burgundy color and the flowers are small and pink.

I think you are looking for Loropetalum, also called Chinese Fringe Flower.
