Hi, I have been trying to identify this beautiful plant in my dentists office. Do you have any ideas?

The closest we could find is a type of croton (Codiaeum Varigatum) such as 'Superstar' or 'Gold Dust.' It could be one of those but without much pigmentation due to low light levels.
