Q.Plant Identification
This is one of my houseplants and it just won’t grow! And it seems to be doing poorly. Could you help me identify it and help me take better care of it?

From the photo, it appears that the base of the plant is buried in the soil. You should remove some of the soil so that the original base of the plant is level with the soil surface. The soil also may be staying too wet. Make sure you are using a well-drained potting mix, that there are enough drainage holes on the base of the pot, and that the plant is only watered when the surface of the soil is dry.
Repotting in a smaller pot to take care of these problems may be necessary. That way you will have less soil in the pot and it won't stay wet as long.
