I have a lantana plant that has a funny looking white/black striped caterpillar on it as well as what looks like black aphids. What non-toxic solution can I use to get rid of these pests? They are eating all the leaves.

I use neem oil for pests like this. It is safe for people and pets as well as friendly insects that don't eat your plants and can be used on an organic garden. Here is more information:
