In which season should red, green, and yellow peppers be planted?What is the depth that the seeds should be planted in the soil? How long do they take to grow? How much space is needed to plant the peppers?

@bluestarling says "Put plants out after your frost free date. Start seeds indoors 8 weeks before frost free date."
