Q.pear tree

I have a conference pear from bare-root I have grown in a 30 Lit pot for 1 year , I had some blossom last year and no fruit,this year the tree was full of blossom most of the blossom/fruit have fallen off but a still have about 5 pears growing ok, can you tell why.

Your tree is young for fruit production, most trees began fruiting around 5 years maturity.
Enjoy the 5 that you have this year.
Also a Pear Tree does need a 2nd pollinator in most cases.
