Peach Tree Disease? What Do We Do?

There are two pear trees next to our peach tree. Also a gigantic black walnut tree was removed 4 years ago, about 50 yards from our peach tree We have peaches for the first time this year

The tree may have peach tree borers. They are hard to treat because they are inside the wood. Spray the pear trees if you have not. Here is more:
