Q.Peach tree
I have a flat peach about 3 mtr high. Some of the leaves have yellow spots over them plus there I sap oozing from the base of the tree. I have sent 2 pics of the problem. Hope you can help me.

It looks like your Peach Tree has bacterial leaf spot and cankers on the trunk.
Peach Trees can be susceptible to these issues.
