Q.Palm tree pest
There are very small black bumps on my palm tree that have a sand colored fuzz or strands coming from the top. I needed to use a loop to see them, as they are very small. I do not have a camera that will take a picture that small, but if you have any ideas, please let me know.
This could be Aphids, Scale or another sucking insect.
Neem Oil is a good treatment for the insects that are on your plant.
