Q.Page Mandarin Tree not making fruit :(

Zone Richmond, Ca | Marjorie added on July 14, 2017 | Answered

Hi, I’ve had my mandarin fruit for about 2 years now and we still have not gotten any fruit. Beginning of season it starts to grow some but then they fall to the ground.
It is about 3ft tall, feed once a month from June-October (harvest time is November-May)2 C Miracle grow citrus and avocado food, and water it once a week.
I also notice some spider webs which I try to remove as soon as I see it.

What can I do to help grow some fruit?

Thanks
Marjorie
