hello can a tree be healed by it self and also what is big leaves curling coming out from my tree?

Unfortunately, correcting the issue might require flushing the soil with more water. It is also common to raise the pH of the soil with potassium and phosphorus, but make sure that you always test the soil before adding anything to avoid excess. Raising pH can help to lock out nitrogen, as long as it is feasible to do so. Otherwise, for a more gentle way to feed, compost is the way to go.
As far as the growth goes- I can't really see it well. The picture is blurry when I enlarge it. This could be an insect nest of some sort, or it if goes around the branch and spread it could be a fungal infection.
If you cannot test your soil, or would rather have someone do it for you then you can contact your local extension service and take samples of the disease and the soil. This would give you the most accurate answer.
