Since the Yucca is quite a tough plant, you could most likely transplant at any time without much issue if it's already outside. The Yucca sends down long tap roots and has a extensive root structure, so digging up this plant may be a work out. Here is a link about Yucca care:

If the Yucca is an indoor plant, make sure it's hardy in your area prior to placing outdoors. Also, before you move the plant, it should go through a period of acclimating: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/houseplants/hpgen/acclimating-houseplants-outdoors.htm and you'll want to take care to do the transplanting in as stress-free a manner as possible: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/environmental/learn-how-to-avoid-and-repair-transplant-shock-in-plants.htm
