Q.outdoor jasmine not blooming and new leaves are curling up with brown spots
I have had this jasmine for ten years,, this is the first year it hasn’t bloomed and the new leaves are curling up and have brown spots it get water and some fertilizer, could you tell me what might be going on??

It's possible that the soil has a build up of excess fertilizer. This could be inhibiting the flowering and be causing the leaves to show some browning. The edges of the leaves are generally in indicator of excess fertilizer.
Leaf Blight is also a possible diagnosis, spots on leaves, browning of leaves and curling of leaves can be signs of this disease.
Diseased parts of the plant should be removed from the plant and treat the plant with a fungicide containing copper or sulphur.
