Q.Orange Tree Losing Foliage And Fruit

the orange tree was doing great….. until….. now …. full of blossoms and folidge and then about a week of two later (now) it looks like something is eating off the folidge and loosing the new little fruits ….. zone 9 (Calif) patio grown DWHAT IS GOING ON??
