Q.On The Base Of My Pindo There Is Dirt Wedged In Where The Fronds Were Cut Back, Should That Dirt And Debris Be Removed?

We have newly planted pindos and there is dirt and debris on wedged in where the old fronds were cut. It looks messy and I wonder if it would be better to remove the debris as it holds moisture.

It won't be necessary. They are, relatively, disease free and don't suffer from any ailments from build up or moisture. In fact, leaving it may offer more protection from the elements.
