Hi iam planning to grow okra organically.Can we plant sunflower & sweet pepper plant along with okra for pest control? If yes, should it be planted in a separate row or in-between okra? Kindly specify the interval distance if to be planted in-between okra..Thanks.

You can, just follow the instructions on the seed pack, as many different plants will get a different size depending on the cultivar. If you want good insect protection, though, then you can plant marigolds or nasturtiums between them. It can help to plant between the rows. Just follow the greatest distance between the two seed packs.
