Offshoot of voodoo plant

What should be done about the small second growth at the bottom of the main plant (offshoot), best way to remove it with out harm to main plant? Bobbie Allen San Antonio, TX

You can remove the little pups from the side of the plant and place them in a pot to propagate.
Removing them will not harm the mother plant.
