Nothing is growing in my garden

Question

I planted my 4×4 raised garden in mid-April (in middle TN). I used regular and organic soil. I have no vegetables at all. I get plenty of flowers, but no harvest. Not even my lettuce is growing! I have a tomato plant, green beans, cucumbers, squash and zucchini. I did have peas which were getting a couple of pods but those eventually died. I pulled those in mid-June and planted new pea seeds. Any help would be appreciated!

Does the area get at least 4 - 6 hours of sun?
