Q.non-blooming wisteria
My 8 y/o wisteria has luxurious foliage and growth with southern exposure. It has NEVER bloomed!! Other than the often offered advice to be patient, are there any other thoughts?
As signs of my desperation, I’m 1)considering hiring a retired shaman to reprise a centuries old tribal incantation complete with a sweat hut, peyote and other hallucinogens, 2)trying a poultice of eye of newt, Budweiser, and kale, and 3)as a last resort, human sacrifice.

It seems that you have been given the only advice available. These can be very unpredictable when flowering, and sometimes will not flower in one's lifetime. They are very long lived, and take a very long time to mature.
If you are completely certain that it is old enough to flower, then you can begin checking off environmental factors. This article will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/vines/wisteria/wisteria-blooming-problems.htm
