No New Growth On Foxtail Palm Tree.

Question

My foxtail palm was planted 3 years ago was doing fine. Then I noticed new growth (new unopened frond) has not come out. It has been three months since a new frond growth have appeared. The open fronds look fine and having been following natural
growth pattern minus the new growing frond.
