Q.No blooms on wisteria

Anonymous added on June 15, 2015 | Answered

I have a wisteria that is eleven years old and I have only got 2 very small flowers that produced one year. Every year I have beautiful leaves. It’s 15 feet or more high and is located near woods and under a high tree. Any advice to help get flowers to produce on it? It does not get much sunlight.
