Q.Nights are getting cold and pimentos are still green. Will they mature in house west windows?

They are in individual pots and are very healthy.

Unfortunately, these can take awhile to ripen. You can bring them inside to a west facing window, but if the leaves start to drop too much at a time, then you will have to supplement light. I find that the household 100 watt LED will allow for plant growth. You will likely need two or three about a foot from the plant but it will keep it happy.

Ideally a horticultural grade light is best, but in a pinch, these will work just fine.
